Since its nationwide rollout in 2016, the platform has been developed in accordance with the implementation plan set forth by the Ministry and tailored to the local business needs of provincial and municipal traffic management departments. The Dedicated Network Version acts as an extension of the core Integrated Command Platform. Deployed on a dedicated video network, it integrates with the command platform within the public security network, creating a "dual-network, dual-platform" technical architecture. This setup handles structured information processing and analysis within the public security intranet, while non-structured information processing, such as image handling and equipment maintenance, occurs on the dedicated video network.
